I started Hodank in the Spring of 2006 to fill the time void created when I broke my addiction to World of Warcraft.  I decided to make a startpage for myself so that I could have news headlines, a search engine, a dictionary, an encyclopedia and my favorite links all in front of me at once.  I then decided to make a Hodank USD for my sisters and their friends who attend the University of San Diego.  After that, I just kept going making sites for other colleges and cities.
